Before embarking on a business trip to Palmdale this past week I reached out to a pair of old high school classmates from southern Ohio who settled in southern California at different times over the past couple of decades to see if they would be available to gather and break bread.. We sat outside on the patio under an umbrella where it was cool. Had lunch on our anniversary as we can't drive after dark. Had to take 1/2 of our sandwiches home as well as dessert because the portions were too big. Service attentive and good. Nice view of some of the downtown area and enjoyed that. Very comfortable.

We went in for some bloody Mary’s! Yum! Better yet, sat at the bar and got to watch the chefs and staff working together! If I was the owner, I would be one proud person! Best staff…multiple check ins on us, watched the kitchen and waiters work well together as well as fresh food being prepared for the day! Great job The Mill! Kuddos to your staff that work well together! Very hard to find! Looking forward to having some meals with the family and a couple’s date at the bar with more blood Mary’s or mimosas! I’m absolutely mind blown that this place wasn’t packed for a weekend breakfast!

NOT ALLERGEN SAFE ALERT Went in for the first time earlier today. Got there before the dinner rush and hostess and waitress greeted us with smiles and service was overall very nice. The food came pretty quickly. My only issue to knock it down a star is that this restaurant is not allergy conscious. I ordered the 5 cheese Alfredo which was tasty but when it came i initially thought it was cross contaminated because there was a few pieces of raw diced onion. I took a couple of bites that I had to then spit out and realized it was intentional. I have never before had an Alfredo that had any piec
