Melissa needs training or replaced! It took us a 30 min. Wait on an order while she quoted employee dating to a dasher. Maybe getting our order correct in a timely fashion would have been time well spent? Drive through and dash orders were being filled first, not ours! I ordered a burger with bacon and trimmings and got a big mac and lettuce!! The 30 min wait in a fast food resteraunt along with the free employee training offered, was absolutely horrible!!

I can say this was absolutely the worst experience. The last drive gentleman was extremely rude. Not only did I have to ask for my food that I ordered, he questioned me asking for it. " your fries should be in the bag!" Sir, do i need to empty the bag to show you they are not. When I receive my fries, they were cold and burned. How is that even possible. The kids cheeseburger was not even edible. And that refresher was nasty. The only good thing from the entire meal was the strawberries in the refresher. I door dash and I hate going into this location when a certain crew is working because they ALWAYS take care of the people they know first, the last 2 times I have been in there picking up an order they came up with excuses as to why other dashers who showed up after me orders are ready first, they know I'm standing there, my order just sits until they decide to hand it to me, I watched the manager walk out 2 times in a 20 minute period I'm standing there. The food is good. The service is good. We would like to dine in however the last 2 times we did, there was a fight that broke out between homeless people. Instead of allowing the non paying customers to take up space in the dining area, why not keep that space for paying customers? Instead of a family fun environment its turned into a chaotic camp ground for the homeless. Edit: always better when the male manager is present.
