I just ordered a frozen strawberries and cream slushy from this Burger King on N. street in nacogdoches. I get to the window and I’m guessing she is the manager named Cheyenne who hands me a watered down slushie without the toppings I ordered and she was instantly upset because she had to remake the drink. After remaking it poorly, she slams the window in my face while I am asking why it didn’t look like it is supposed to. Mind you, I was not rude whatsoever. I go back through drive thru and asked for a refund she argued with me and gave me more attitude. Finally, the manager and her employee

Customer service was great. The lady was very nice. But I ordered a bacon burger; I was happy that it was stuffed with bacon but half the bacon was RAW. Please take the time to cook everything correctly.

I Uber Eats some food tonight and it was terrible. Meat was like it had been sitting out all day. Sandwiches just thrown together. Going 24 hrs just to still be shit. Smh
