To the manager of this establishment. Need to have better communication when people put an order in and it says you can walk in to pick your order. BUT when you get there the doors are locked that's just RUDE!! PLAIN AND SIMPLE RUDE !!! 😠😠

Absolutely not I should not have to sit in a drive-through for 30 minutes when there’s only two cars ahead of me the entire time. They’re too lazy to make drinks so they pour the old drink drinks into a new cup.
