I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at this Domino’s. I sent a message to corporate and never even got a response. I placed a carryout order that was supposed to be ready in about 15 minutes. When I arrived, the staff couldn’t find my order and had no idea what had happened to it. Instead of recognizing the problem, I spent nearly an hour while employees repeatedly tried different explanations, asking if I was at the correct store, asking for my phone number to look up the order again, and suggesting it may have been sent out for delivery. Why would you allow the app to inform the customer their order is ready and you never started it?!?!?! The only reason I didnt cancel is because my kid was hungre and it was the only thing he wanted. After a lo g drive, rain and heavy traffic. This was THE bottom line. And thanknyou to the staff for not having a reason why this is going on. I see why you have 2 ⭐️'s.

The worst pizza I’ve ever had, Oye guys if you hate your job please work somewhere else! My pizza sucked, cold no cheese or sauce in the middle! Skimp toppings the worst pizza I’ve had in years! Quit your job if you’re not trying to make the best pizza! NO SAUCE NO CHEESE!! HORRIBLE PIZZA!

I ordered for a late pick up online. Drive to store for pick up. Waited for my turn. My purchase was $29 and change. Pulled out a $50 bill and was told they had no change. Really? Cashier goes and asks 2 different people, I'm assuming one of them was the manager and I was still told there was no change and they don't except $50 bills. So which one is it? Why isn't there some kind of notice online or the store windows? All I had was cash on me $50 & $100. I know the neighborhood might be a little bit questionable but then don't do business here.
