The other day I ordered a smoothie bowl through the app at 1:00 PM. The app said my order was ready at 1:25, but when I arrived around 1:40 it still wasn’t ready. When I went to the pickup counter, two employees ignored me at first. After saying “excuse me,” I was told the drink for my order still wasn’t finished. Once the drink was made, it was placed on the counter but no one handed me my order or acknowledged me. I ended up looking through the bags on the counter, finding my order myself, and leaving. It was awkward because the employee knew I was waiting but still didn’t hand it to me. M

Very accommodating and kind even when I forgot to mention an allergy and had to get the bowl remade, so special shoutout to staff working on 02/01/2026! Bowels are always amazing and service is always fast. Also always has the best music playing!

Lots of Banana on the menu, went with Mucho Mango and enjoyed it, portions were maybe even a little large. Drink options are fun but drove up the price for maybe marginal value. Overall it's a refreshing change from the standard lunch fair, better choice than fried.

Nice location. First timer at playa bowl. Staff was nice and let me sample a flavor before purchase. Me and my toddler enjoyed a build your own with açaí as our base. Decent portion and base was thick which i liked!
