While staying in Nashville I came in here for breakfast one morning… It was dead when I got there, around 7:30AM on a weekday, but service was friendly and quick. The place is large, with plenty of seating and the menu looked decent. I opted for their Loaded Biscuits & Chorizo Gravy which was quick to come out. I wanted my eggs scrambled, and they were. The dish was actually somewhat cool, which was odd. The sausage/chorizo gravy had a nice look and texture, but was the main thing that was cool – it should never be cool! That tells me they simply re-heated something that was pre-made. T

I came for coffee and decided to stay for breakfast and I’m so glad I did! I had the salmon sandwich with the arugula lightly dressed in balsamic dressing and it was amazing! My substitutions were honored without issue and the prices were very reasonable! Lamond, our server was very enthusiastic, accommodating, welcoming to myself and every single person that entered the establishment! He also remembered my birthday from the day before and asked about my concert experience! A huge shout out to him and the awesome cooks! Thank you FM!

The coffee selection is fantastic, especially with the custom versions from the FM. I tried the Havana Latte, and Natalie’s fresh OJ was also wonderful. Definitely try the loaded biscuits and chorizo gravy. It’s so good, and the biscuits are so fluffy that they stay soft even after soaking up the gravy. I also enjoyed the fresh cinnamon muffins. There’s plenty of space to move around downstairs and upstairs, but I really liked the window area with natural light. The service was very friendly and quick.

This place is a vibe and I give it two thumbs up! Today is my last day in Nashville for work and my colleagues and I decided to try Frothy Monkey in downtown for lunch. Upon entry, we were warmly greeted by the host and seated at a nice booth. Our waiter came over to welcome us and offer drink and food options. He was incredibly friendly and suggested the arugula salad with salmon. I ordered the salad and it was delicious. The salmon was cooked perfectly and the balsamic dressing was a hit!
