As a vegan, I had a great experience at Saffron Indian Kitchen in Assembly Food Hall. I ordered the veggie samosa and a vegetable curry, and both were absolutely delicious — flavorful, fresh, and very satisfying. The place was pretty busy when I went, but I was still able to find seating without too much trouble. Definitely worth checking out if you want tasty vegan-friendly Indian food downtown!

After a wonderful experience 10 minutes earlier with “the Philly special” cheesesteak I decided to venture around the Horn of Africa and order the chicken korma from the Saffron Kitchen in the Assembly food hall. I was a little hesitant as Montgomery Alabama is known for their Indian but Nashville really surprised me. Very glad I passed on the vindaloo. Kudos Saffron I will be back.

I have been to Indian restaurants around southern south USA , let me tell you ... ChatGpt recommended me this place. I ordered chaat, and what they said was good. But I wanted it extra spicy. And my god... It was so good !! I definitely recommend!! I litterly canned it !! You gotta try it !!
