Every time I order loaded hash browns the hash browns are sometimes served hot but the cheese is ice cold. I don’t know what would make anyone serve ice cold food. What’s worse is it is every visit as if this is normal.

So many times they are short staffed … today for example ,I waited 10 minutes in the drive-through.The poor girl was all alone because everybody had called in.. in this scenario. A manager or an assistant manager should be there to assist ..when they are fully staffed, It goes pretty smoothly, but there definitely needs to be more help... They need to pay their staff more so the staff will show up,and managers need to Be there every morning if needed to help their staff.. until they are fully staffed.

Ordered avocado toast, hashbrowns and strawberry smoothie in drive thru. Avocado toast was warm and good. Hashbrowns were hot, but could've been crispier. I loved the smoothie abs staff there were more flavor options! Will return to order more items. Cashier was kind also.

I just went through the drive through for an iced latte and a breakfast wrap. I tried the marshmellow latte with 2 pumps of vanilla and it was AMAZING!!! The breakfast wrap was good, but I gave it 4 stars because the tortilla was pretty hard and crunchy. Coffee 10 out of 10!
