Our family usually enjoys Pizza by Rocco in Natick but today the pizzas were way off the usual quality and customer service. The Steak Bomb Pizza had no bottom crust in a large section, and the outer crust was super wide, so not many toppings on the entire pizza. The PestoRoni Pizza had no pesto on it. When we ask them to put it on the pizza after checking it and seeing it was missing, they seemed overwhelmed by the request. It made us feel uncomfortable since we paid for something and didn’t get what we paid for.

Edit: I never received a refund from the owner despite the response Take out only. Pizza was expensive, I was charged $4 more than what was on the menu and the pizza was missing toppings. Ordered the Chicken Parm Penne Pizza and got basically just a regular pizza with a couple of pieces of fried chicken. Disappointing because not only was it more expensive than I initially thought, I did not receive what I ordered and the owner did not offer even a partial refund or even a can of soda. It was OK, but I wouldn’t come again

I use to get the buffalo chicken ranch pizza here all the time and i haven’t been in the area in a while, i decided to come by and pick up a fresh pizza and it was better than i remembered! Best buffalo chicken pizza around and extremely nice staff especially rocco!
