ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS – UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE ⭐ (0 stars if I could) I am beyond frustrated with this location. I just spent nearly 20 minutes waiting for a single order this is supposed to be fast food, not a sit-down restaurant. This isn't just a one-time fluke; this happens every single time. Their orders are NEVER ready on time, and the staff moves at a snail's pace with zero sense of urgency. To make matters worse, the customer service is nonexistent. The staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. It’s like you’re an inconvenience to them just for showing up. I’ve given this place enough

I love the lemonade. The food was good. But more rice than meat. I just had rice, cheese, corn salsa and tomato salsa and pork. I never saw the cheese. I know they make it confront of you. But a friend picked up the order to bring it to me at work. The burrito was only little warm on top and extremely cold on the bottom. No it didn't take long to get to me is 2 streets away.

I would give this location zero stars if I could. I’ve walked out without food four times in a row because they are always out of veggies and I don’t eat meat. On one visit they were even out of rice, which is pretty unbelievable for a burrito place. Whoever is managing this location seriously needs to improve inventory and preparation. If things keep going this way, I can’t imagine this location lasting very long.It’s especially disappointing because I was excited to have a Chipotle nearby as Naugatuck doesn’t have many food options, so this should have been a great addition.

This is supposed to be a brand new restaurant and the day that I visited. I counted at least six employees one that was at the register doing nothing. The manager was on his phone. The other employees were outside while one employee was working the line taking care of the customers. The store was an absolute mess and the only one that seemed to show that they cared was the person that was taking care of the line… Everything looked absolutely disgusting. The food was dry, not worth the amount of money that was spent. I blame it on management because knowing the situation of this restaurant that
