I love this location but was pretty disappointed in today’s service. I ordered a refresher and a bagel with cream cheese which I received but the bagel had so much cream cheese I couldn’t even eat it. I mean whoever made the bagel.. would you eat this? I also didn’t receive a straw for my drink which I then had to go inside and get which defeats the whole purpose of going through the drive through. Over all I still like this location, it’s Labor Day weekend so I know it’s busy and appreciate the workers but today just wasn’t the day

I have gone to this particular Dunkin a few days a week since I have moved to the area about a year ago. Consistent quality in both customer service and food/drinks. The staff has always been polite and oriented towards getting the customers order correct even if some days it seems they are stressed or busy! No complaints.

One of the best Dunkin's around! The Americano was better than Starbucks and even better than some of these hipster, over the top cafes which can't even make a proper espresso. They were a quick, efficient and really nice youngen crew! It seems like everyone knows what they need to do and get it done right. I was very pleased with my sesame bagel w/ CC as well as plain with EC. Although they ran out of sesame bagels, they made sure to even ask me which bagel I'd like substituted. I’ve worked at Dunkin before, so I know what good customer service looks like…and this wasn’t it. When I pulled up to the drive-thru, I was greeted with a flat “What would you like?” that was hard to even hear. The interaction at the window wasn’t much better, with an attitude that was honestly disturbing. This location can and should do better.
