On 12/7/2025 at 3:30 am I went to this location and was immediately told they are not accepting orders because they are preparing for breakfast, I then made a mobile order and was given a hard time. There was a lady who was standing in the drive thru talking to an employee for over 20 minutes and refused to move. These employees should be fired

If you plan to come to this McDonald’s night time hours, good luck, even though is 24 hours they will have every excuse in the book to not make your order. About the 4th time that it has happened to me, this McDonald’s is Paying workers to not do their jobs which is baffling. I typically never really leave reviews because I try to be understanding for inconveniences but this has happened 4 times already which clearly it marks it as an ongoing problem since there’s also other reviews speaking on the problem. Hopefully the owners actually do something besides giving generic copy and paste answer

I usually never complain about this location but… the McFlurry I just got wasn’t even close to filled. On top of the cups changing you should be filling them to the top if it’s going to be almost 5 dollars. A little disappointed and hope next time I’ll receive the whole cup

Revised; Went inside to place my order on the kiosk. After entering my order I find the kiosk doesn't work! Total waste of time as you would think they would have posted something to that effect. I then head to the cashiers area & there's no cashier! Waited 5 minutes for cashier to appear so I could place order. Food was mediocre & cold. This Mcds is apparently in competition with their sister store on rubber avenue for worst service. My guess is both have the same inept , unqualified owner & management
