The service was wonderful! There was a mix up on the meat...my dinner companion asked for her prime rib (end cut) to be well done and I asked for medium well. The order came just the opposite. We both contended with the error but again the prime rib was not as we ordered. We did not share this with staff. The roasted vegetables were very good AND the loaded potato came in mashed form as well, making it even more delicious, not having to deal with the potatoe skin. 😊 Customer service with wait staff was awesome. Don’t waste your time! Came here with a friend and won’t be coming back. The steak we ordered was incredibly tough and difficult to get a knife in. All I could think about was the poor misfortunate cow that had to die for me to have this horrible steak in my mouth. I’m sure she could’ve had an incredible life somewhere else. It felt like a jaw workout more so than a dinner, Overall just a sorry excuse for a steak and made for an unpleasant experience.
