I last came here 4 years ago, and didn’t have the greatest experience. Yesterday afternoon I decided to give qdoba another chance. I ordered a couple of chicken burrito bowls to go and I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the portions! My husband and I both had enough food for two days. Didn’t have to ask for extra rice, like I usually do elsewhere. Our bowls had lots of flavor, everything tasted fresh and I was also given free tortilla chips with my bowls, unlike their competitor they charge for chips. And they were fresh! I’ll definitely be back, hopefully my next experience is just

I ordered catering online to be delivered for a training event. There was an issue with the timing. After calling their catering department to see what happened, they were able to get us taken care of right away. Their corporate team was kind and helpful. The delivery driver who did our catering set up was wonderful. Food was great!

The service is absolutely horrible. The staff have the WORST attitudes. I have given them the benefit of the doubt a few times because everyone has a bad day, but I will not return. I saw an employee eating food off of the containers on the food line, charged $2 for guac when it’s supposed to be free, and reached out to upper management and they never responded. Now, yet another bad experience, and I won’t be back. There are others in the area I will go to instead, even if it’s out of the way.

The last two times I went the food was not good. The chips were stale and over salted. The girl working the drive through did not change her gloves and she was taking money and cards then grabbing the tortillas and cheese with the same glove one customer after another!
