We stopped in today during lunch time. They looked to be extremely busy but our service was awesome. Adison took our order and was running around trying to get our order out as fast as possible. Even though they were busy he really took the time to make sure we were taken care of and provided great customer service. He is always very kind when we frequent this location. He should get a raise!

Me and my family went to Tom’s for the first time on Saturday through the drive through, the lady at the window was very helpful and suggested the Mac n cheese bites which are now my new favorite! Thank you Sophie!

The building is falling apart. The staff can’t seem to get orders correct. We also have been eating gluten free and recently started enjoying Toms again. But they just can seem to get things right. They give you a deconstructed version of what ever burger you order and most of the time they are missing items. This last one takes the cake…. They put the plastic wrapped bun on top of the burger patty with the cheese on it. 5/15/2024 around 11:30 but this was not the only time the staff has got our orders wrong.
