Let me tell you, If you are considering bubble tea in the area, THIS 👏 IS 👏 THE 👏 SPOT 👏 They have an amazing array of bubble teas, and they offer coffee as well! Good selection of boba, they have popping as well as other jellies which is nice. They switch out their signature flavors monthly /seasonally which I find to be super fun, and the service here is always quick and friendly. The tea itself is really good quality, I definitely prefer it over chicken story or any other on the area. They also have cookies & some other bits
