Came here for a sandwich, this sandwich is burntttt and it’s hard. Happens every time I come. The hash browns are very soggy. I’m diabetic and asked for one sugar in my coffee, but they made it however they wanted. Angry pregnant woman with no breakfast now. Not to mention the Ang try man in the lobby yelling cussing them out because they got his order wrong 3 times! This will be my ast time visiting this location.

6/11/26 10:55am in the drive thru. I specifically asked if they sold the plant based sausage for the Crescent sandwich. I don't eat meat. I was told yes by a woman. Even after she gave me my order I asked again & she said yes. She lied because according to Google it's been discontinued since 2021. I will never come back here again

I been going to this Dunkin for almost 2 yrs now, But this past 3 weeks the lobby is been close. I went today and the cashier gave me a really bad attitude didn't wanted to take my order on the window I went walking she said come with a car she is short Hispanic with an ugly attitude smh . Good thing another guy step up and took my order he was so nice and the ugly lady got mad at him . Owner or manager should talk to that cashier they have to be nice with the costumers ..

I went their Sunday morning and Monday morning. The 3 same females were working their both days. Their attitude is terrible and rude. I waited more then 5 minutes to order a coffee. When I finally placed the it took another 5 minutes to receive the coffee. When I did receive the coffee the xl coffee was half way full and the coffee beans were floating on top of the coffee. I mentioned it to the lady that was in the drive through she responded that's all we have. All 3 need females need a class in matters and customer service. I am definitely not coming their for my coffee. Id rather take my b
