There’s chicken in this bowl and you can’t even see it I’ve had good experiences here with the staff but I’ve only had one time I felt like it was worth my money. I work at a pizza place and this is the equivalent to ordering a pizza with full sausage on it and less than half of the pizza having sausage how would you feel would you be satisfied with the product. I get it you need to keep margins good margins to keep a profit but you can’t have the margins like this or you’re going to lose customers. I am not seeking a refund or credit for my order. I ordered online pickup at this location just to get home and find out my bowl was half full… and looking at other reviews it’s a common problem at this location! That’s crazy… on top of that I ordered 30min in advance and still waiting 10min at the window without anyone even saying hello or even acknowledging me. Keep in mind there was a working standing right at the window. There was like 4 cars behind us. CHIPOTLE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!!!!!

The person at the front gave me one tiny scoop of rice, and one tiny scoop of chicken, and then the second person gave me a mountain of cheese and lettuce to the point where the girl couldn’t even wrap it properly. Honestly doesn’t seem like they even knew what they were doing.

This food is overpriced and terrible!!! When in today for lunch and ordered a bowl, chips and guacamole, and a large drink. The total price of the order was over $23. I could have had a steak at the same price point. They are stingy with the lettuce and meat. The pinto beans were undercooked, and the chips were stale. I will never eat at Chipotle again.
