Disgusting how I made a purchase and then I asked to use the restroom only to be told its not clean by the manager and that they no intention of cleaning it but they made damn sure they made a profit not once but twice off my weak damn bladder had to go to go Starbucks a block away. Will be reporting this location to the bbb. Why have a sign on the front door stating restroom for paying customers only only to be told yea our bathroom is a mess but we're not cleaning it but thanks for the profit though Smh ik there restrooms are Disgusting but damn bear peed on my self can't help my weak blad

First time visit. Very impressed. This is a well maintained establishment. The staff is friendly, professional, and hard working. I like the variety of seating options. Very handicapped friendly. The doorway is plenty wide for my walker, and the tables have room to store it comfortably. I will back downtown knowing I can come here and get a quick coffee

I visited the location 707 Broad Street and placed a mobile order. I approached the cashier and mentioned I had a mobile order, but he ignored me. I went to the pick-up area and noticed my drink looked different, so I asked the employee to remake it because it wasn’t how I usually get it. Then the employee said that it has 4 creams, but I just asked him to remake it because it wasn’t the same thing I'm used to. Then the other employee came over and told me the same thing. I told them that if there is any difficulty remaking the drink, please give me a refund. He takes the cup and puts more cre

No one at the desk to take orders because the enployees are too busy having a conversation with eachother and ignoring their customers, so we ordered through the mobile kiosk. The kiosk accepted the order and charged us. Staff finally stopped ignoring us long enough to tell us our order didn't go through on their end. The staff then became rude and hostile and refused to help us when we asked if they were going to refund our money or make us our order. One employee began yelling at us in a condescending tone before telling her coworker to take care of us because she didn't want to.
