Kind of hidden & small shop, but not too small. Outside is very nice to eat in a nice location. It was early afternoon, so not really busy & they are very friendly. Even the owner, I assume he was, was a nice guy. Prices are high, but basically normal at all shops in this economy.

90% through my cookie dough ice cream I bit into an artificial nail- with glue on it. Broke into several pieces, which I was able to take pictures of. Obviously I got very ill, and we threw away the rest of the ice cream. I have contacted the store but did not feel right reporting this incident. The owner was incredibly pleasant and we have had warm memories here in the past- but we won't be back. TLDR; Safety concern. Enjoyed my ice cream until biting into an artificial nail. Pics below.

First time trying out Carvel ice cream and found it overpriced for the quality of ice cream. Ordered a double scoop soft cone seeing the yummy photo posted with two huge soft cone scoops but received the one on the photo! Also, the store smelt like an old store. The area is nice with outdoor sitting arrangements! Would have rated a 4 star if the cone ww received were made with care and the store smelt clean.

Love this spot. Take my mom everytime she is in town. We are like kids going for our soft serve. The staff is always kind.
