Haven’t eaten at this place or at any Chipotle’s in at least 3 years. Prices went up which is expected but not this high. Ordered a bowl and it literally had 8 tiny strips of meat. I pretty much at toppings. Why charge so much and put so little meat inside? I probably wil never eat at this chain again. Staff is great and atmosphere is good but food is a 2 out of 10. I rather go and probably pay the same money or less at a mom and pop Mexican place. Horrible food. Cheap out on the most important part of the meal.. the protein, you shouldn’t be able to count the pieces of meat inside. Do better

I was having a good day at work, needed Chipotle to feed my lunch requirement. Older gentlemen was great, made my plate with professionalism, then came the cashier. Wow, it's been a long time to see someone that didn't want to be there! Bad attitude. Do yourself a favor a get a new cashier. Give the payroll to someone that at least wants to be there and has some customer service experience. So I had a good day up to that point and actually took my food to eat in the car!

Bloody horrible. I just waited 40 minutes for my “double chicken burrito”. They have about 2 people working so if you have anything the entire rest of the day you’re gonna be late. Chicken burnt to an unrecognizable crisp and they don’t have vinegrette for the 5th time in a row. If I were you I’d head over to the Dedham Chipotle. I was 2 minutes away from walking around the counter and making my own bowl. Tried to talk to their AI chat bot “pepper” which was about as helpful as a white crayon. I told it that my order was no where to be found, to which it responded “your order is on the shelf -
