Everytime I come here they never put the sauces in there for my chicken nugget orders. I asked for the manager and she told me that it’s also my job to quote on quote “check that they put the sauces in there.” And that it’s only 25 cents for each sauce. I asked her if there was anyway to be compensated or what I should do and she said there’s nothing they can do and that it’s my fault. Rudest manager I’ve ever met in my entire life. And this is coming from someone who works in fast food as well.

Terrible service and a complete waste of time! I placed an order through the app for pickup. When I arrived to collect it, the restaurant was completely closed. I waited outside for 10 minutes, hoping it would open any minute. At the same time, I tried calling them 4 times, but nobody bothered to pick up the phone. As a result, I had to waste another 30+ minutes driving to a different location, canceling the initial order, and placing a new one from scratch. I just got this food from this location and there were so many big ants in my food. Fries were super cold I just ate one without realizing there were ants in the bag.

I have lived in Niles pretty much my entire life. This McDonald’s location has been absolutely horrendous for years and somehow continues this trend even through new management. They essentially completely nuked the entire original crew from the previous owner and the new ones are just as bad, if not worse. Their nighttime drive-through is absolutely horrendous and pathetically laughable in terms of speed and quality. Not to mention the amount of times you will go to this location roughly somewhere around 3-4 AM and they will tell you that they can never take ANY ORDERS because their system i
