Found a hair in my sandwich, very disappointed since I come here a lot and was really looking forward to this meal. I got a macaroni and cheese with it but didn’t have any appetite after I opened my sandwich box and saw this. I went through drive thru and immediately turned around. I called right after this discovery and spoke with an employee who was disrespectful and offered no apology, I ended up speaking with the manager right after who offered an apology and was more respectful. I went in the drive thru for my refund and the ladies inside were horse playing…pretty sure this is chick-fil-a

They KNOW they are wrong for this. I paid $4 for this. Everytime I come here, I am disappointed. EVERYTIME!!!! Even when I send my clients. They have to do better. I go inside because drive thru seems backed up. Why does the drive move faster. I don't understand why, after a year and half I been on this side they have not gotten anything right. I'm NEVER satisfied. AVOID THIS ONE IF YOU CAN. I RATHER GO TO COOKOUT FROM NOW WHEN I NEED FOOD.

Went here to pickup catering order. Fast, efficient, and friendly service. Was in an outta there in 10 mins, meanwhile they were slammed both inside and out. Idk why other businesses do not adopt Chick-fil-A 's methods.

Food good but parking lot is eerily dark at night. Seems like a good place to go if you're looking to get mugged in downtown Norfolk.
