Maybe I’m just old school in my 40s, but where the hell did customer service go? I brought my daughter in… no greeting. I walked up to the counter to order…. no words, no talking, other than “anything else?” I absolutely did not order anything for myself after that, despite wanting a custard. There was also nothing said to us as we grabbed the cup and left. She literally had zero cares to give. I loathe how businesses are letting employees get away with NOT ENGAGING with the people GIVING THEM MONEY these days. Make it make sense.

This place is not the same place as it used to be. The Custard is not smooth at all. Instead, it is more icy/rough compared to what it used to be. With so many new places popping up in Norman, I just don't see us going back here unless things change back. Also, if the owner reads this: don't advertise having a flavor (pumpkin) when it is not actually available. We specifically went here to try the pumpkin, since the google page and even the HUGE sign inside place say to order it......but when we did, we were told it isn't ready until October.....why was this not part of the advertisements and

Used to love coming here ever since I was a little girl. Was sad to come in today when passing through from Kingston Oklahoma and be told that you do not have a menu with options and now it is a build your own. That is not at all how it used to be. After sitting here and eating my custard i have seen several other customers come in and order things from I’m assuming used to be the menu. As I have heard them order the “sinister” and the “union boss”. Now I am wondering why we were not told about the menu and told it was build your own only.

Sweet Cravings after amazing burger couple of doors down led us to this place. Ordered Cherry Bombshell, Vanilla Concrete with Fudge. Cherry Bombshell was ok, cup had a small hole and started leaking. Vanilla concrete you can barely taste the fudge.
