Had a great experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill today. The staff was professional, fast, and respectful even during a busy rush. The food was fresh, portions were generous, and the restaurant stayed clean and organized the entire time. You can tell the team works hard to keep customers moving while still delivering quality service. That kind of efficiency and customer care makes a big difference. Definitely one of the better fast-food experiences I’ve had recently.

Received my order with items missing and almost no food, we went directly to the store to adress the situation. Per the staff since they had aperantly no vegetables ready at the time of my order they decided to just send the order out withough the proper ingridients. Instead of re-making the bowl they handed us the vegetables and complained about us bringing the food back. The staff gave us an attitude and made comments on the side. Will not be coming back here again. There was also hair in my food.

Not great! I ordered a burrito to go and when I opened the bag, I found…a bowl. With a sticker on it. And the sticker said “burrito” at the very top. Seems bad!

Please please hire individuals who want to work..train them..fully train them. Cashier very rude and rushed the whole transaction that she didn't answer my question that I asked twice. No one knew how to credit or re-do the transaction. Very unapologetic in her demeanor and bad attitude. Walked away when she messed up. Sad how people can just ruin one's experience.
