Jireh H.★★★★★Ironically, I have been very hesitant about visiting Italian places since moving to Boston. Despite having quite a vibrant Italian food scene, especially towards the North End, most of my visits to Italian establishments have proven to be a disappointment. One would feel like Nona's tired or Nona doesn't want to feed you or Nona doesn't want to have anything to do with you. Obviously, that's not what ANY good Nonas ever do since they want you to have the very best. So one may ask what's truly going on? Is it the same issue with other cuisines where the food quality is not properly preserved o
Kristen Cuevas★★★★★My Husband and I just celebrated our anniversary here last evening (which also happened to be NYE). We had gone here once prior, when it was Bueno Bistro, but this was our first time since it changed ownership to Vivacino. We had a great time! Our server, Jamie, was outstanding; friendly, attentive, polite, and overall great at his job. The food was very flavorful and just the right portions. For an appetizer, we had the portabella stuffed mushroom, stuffed with crab and a breadcrumb mixture, which was delicious. We also got an order of garlic bread that was seasoned to perfection and gr
M J★★★★The staff were all great. The waitress gave good food recommendations. We enjoyed the chestnut raviolis with date apricot sauce the best. The kale salad was also very good. We were disappointed that the GF menu online was not available. It was part of Bueno Bistro that they took over and turned into Vivacino. They still had that menu for some traditional stuff but we wouldn't have known without asking. I got chicken parm. I liked the chicken but the sauce was a bit sweet for my taste. I was told the chicken Marsala was good. We got the flour less chocolate almond and raspberry dessert. It
Julia Brockney★★★★★This may have been the best Italian restaurant I’ve ever been to. The homemade pasta was so fresh, it was the best I’ve ever had. Their menu is wonderful, and there are plenty of Italian classics available off the menu that were also amazing. The service was incredible as well! Love the sangria, garlic bread, chicken Marsala, linguine carbonara, and cannoli. The bread and oil served was also really good!
