This Arby’s is great! Compared to almost all fast food concepts in western Massachusetts, this location manages to hire extremely competent staff. It’s a bit far for me and a difficult location, but the customer service is great and the product is always fresh and well prepared. No shortcuts. Clean inside and fast service. The secret at Arby’s, crinkle cuts. Almost on par with Canes. The curly fries are always broken into pieces and have that weird aftertaste. Crinkle all day! But you can’t go wrong with the potato cakes and mozz sticks either.

Grabbed a mobile order from Arby's in Chicopee. The app said 6:20pm. The very helpful staff were putting our order on the pickup shelf as we walked in at 6:20 on the nose. They handed over some extra horsey sauce and we were out the door with a perfectly executed order. An 8 minute drive did 0 damage to my families dinner. Everything was crispy that should be crispy. Curly Fry containers packed and hot. The classic beef and cheddar cannot be beat. My 8 yo asked for Arby's and I'm glad she did.
