Had a great lunch experience at Buffalo Wild Wings with my family. I ordered the Pick 6 bundle and everything was fresh, hot, and flavorful. The boneless wings (Honey BBQ & Desert Heat) were perfectly sauced, the fries were crispy, and the ranch was on point. We also tried the All-American burger with wedges juicy and filling. Great service, relaxed atmosphere, and excellent value for the price. Definitely coming back, and I’d love an invite to the next media event . 🍗🔥

I go to this location frequently and I’m frequently dissapointed if you go during lunch hours expect to wait 10-15 minutes after your order is supposed to be ready for your food. I ordered 6 wings they only gave me 5. They rarely remember to give you your celery and ranch and I wouldve left this review on the link on the receipt but I was not given one.

We wanted to grab something quick to eat up and arrival we were greeted by 4 waiter's they were all extremely nice, I have met Karina from previous visits she is very friendly and personable always making a great impression for the company. Our waiter name was Joy very friendly and show great interpersonal skill we couldn't stay long do to our son being on the Spectrum he was overstimulated. We asked for our food to go after joy had bring our food our food service was quick She was very understanding and empathetic even told us that she understood do that she work with kids on the spectrum.

We stopped for a quick bite 530pm. As we walked in the place it so loud we couldn't hear the host that seated us.Than she seated us right under a group of speakers. The world cup game was on the big screen TV and those speakers were blasting. The food was ok (the fries were terrible, cold and hard) the sever was vey good, but it was so loud I couldn't hear him. Than someone decided they were going to vape in the bathroom which set the fire alarms off. Well I have to say Chicopee Fire responsed in full force great job CFD, but not good for business.
