My lovely bride asked me this morning to pick up a few donuts. What a mistake going to Dunkin. My donuts were not fresh, probably delivered to the store. I had to eat 3/4 of my Boston Cream donut to see the Boston Cream. What a difference the years have changed. Why? No more quality, just sell, sell, sell.

Must say, this DD have improved for almost a year now. I have ordered drive thru or in person like today always with great experience. The children working here do not know how to make anything other than black coffee. Every time I order the new banana latte it tastes burnt and there is little to no banana flavoring. One of the worst dunkins around. Needs new employees...
