We had a great experience at Joe’s Waterfront, visiting twice - once for dinner and once for lunch. Both times everything went really well. Even during a busy lunch when the restaurant was full, service was still efficient and didn’t take long, which was impressive. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, contributing to an overall relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. We tried the crab dip, Maine lobster roll, crab crusted haddock, fish and chips, Joe’s Mac & 5-cheese, and Joe’s prime burger. Oh~quite disappointed with you, Joe! The staff is very welcoming and friendly, but they are also short staffed, we’ve waited for our spoon after they served our soup. The presentation of each dish is stunning, but the flavors don’t quite match. More confusing, each dish was served only room temperature-warm, not hot, from clam chowder to captain’s platter, which significantly affected dining experience. We were concerned about the quality but we did not have any stomach issues, just so bizarre. Spent over $100 for mediocre food. Overall, nice view, great staff, but not recommended

My first time coming to Joe’s Waterfront was great. I got a plain hamburger, and it was pretty good. Furthermore, I also got a bread bowl of clam chowder which was rather tasty as well. However, the aspect that stood out the most was the service. Our server, Jules, was attentive and welcoming, and it was by far the best service I had in a long while, let alone my trip to Boston.
