There was a wait for the bar/lounge area but it was well worth it. The service was excellent; every staff we encountered was welcoming, friendly and thoughtful. I was underwhelmed by the menu selection then pleasantly surprised. Not only was the food delicious, plated aesthetically, the portions were also considered plentiful for a Michelin star restaurant. We opted for the tuna tartare, the mussels, truffle burger and strawberry Swiss roll with basil gelato. Everything was a hit. Make reservations in advance, I highly recommend.

4.5 stars. This is a sister restaurant to spruce. Food is excellent. We sat at the bar for light fare and wine. They serve half glasses of wine so you can pair wine with each course of the meal, which is fantastic. We ordered: - Yellowfin tuna tartare - steak tartare - burger The Yellowfin tuna tartare was my favorite but even though I didn't like potato chips as the vessel for serving the tuna tartare. Selby's is a phenomenal experience at a reasonable fine dining price. But whether this passes as a Michelin star... I hesitate quite a bit. Now kudos to Selby's for delivering a $125 3-course tasting menu which I believe is a very reasonable price. However, whether this is a single star worthy... hmmm. Let's get the good parts checked off. Service is friendly, fast and amazing, like any fine dining. Atmosphere is also cozy, modern and sophisticated. Again, completely in line with fine dining. Great services. Free valet parking. Hundreds of wine selections. Our server suggested a perfect wine pairing within our price range. Yellowfin tuna Tartar was very refreshing. Rack of Lamb chop was perfectly cooked. Fantastic experience in this Michelin rated restaurant.
