They will get your order wrong and give you a hard time when you want it corrected. I asked for a large but got a medium and got charged a dollar to correct it even though it’s less than a dollar difference. Then what I received was just extra ice and it was not even filled to the top of the cup. Typically I love dunkin but this location has a tendency to over charge and have poor customer service.

I’ve been a regular at this Dunkin’ location for a while now, and I absolutely love the convenience and I’m a big fan of the coffee. But I have to be honest: the customer service is consistently disappointing. The staff can come across as rude, and it often feels like they’re not attentive or organized. It’s a real shame, because this could be a fantastic spot if the team was more welcoming. Still, I’ll keep coming back for the drinks, but I hope they improve that side of things

Probably one of the worst Dunkin Donuts. They frequently get orders wrong, give you stale donuts, and burnt coffee that tastes terrible.

i would say this dunkin is good but definitely not the best condition, i ordered stuffed bagel minis and they were not even stuffed with enough cream cheese, me and my mother got 2 refreshers and they tasted different from when we usually get them, the only thing i liked tho was that the food came quickly however they took there sweet time to serve us.
