I Frequently come to this Burger King as I work right next door to this location every time I come here they have me pull forward and wait for my food it’s usually not a problem but today as I waited 25 minutes for a chicken jr I got my food and went to work to open my food and find that it’s chicken nuggets! And not a chicken patty I will take the extra 5 minutes to go to the other bk I will not be back to this store the young man was rude there the manager is rude I can’t Tolerate this location anymore

Food has never been a problem for me. I am a frequent flyer here, because the burger king near me doesnt believe in hydration for their food. I drive out of my way to come to this location. I always get the correct order and never cold, or moldy food. My food from the other Burger King is deplorable compared to this Burger King. This is the MVP Burger King. I had a really disappointing experience at this Burger King. I was told to pull forward to wait for my order, which usually means it will be brought out quickly, but I ended up sitting there for about 20 minutes with no update. After finally receiving my food, I realized my order was incomplete — I was missing a large hash brown and two sausage, egg, and cheese croissant sandwiches. I had a frustrating experience at this Burger King. I was asked to pull forward to wait for my order, which usually means it’ll be brought out shortly — but I ended up sitting there for about 20 minutes. It didn’t seem especially busy, so the long wait was confusing. When I finally got my food, the situation wasn’t acknowledged, and it felt like my time didn’t matter. I understand fast food can have delays, but if customers are asked to pull forward, communication and reasonable wait times are important. Sitting that long with no update is unacceptable.
