My daughter and I got together with my aunt, uncle, cousin, and her two kids for an event in North Royalton, and we decided to grab a quick lunch here since the kiddos could play. My last experiences with McDonald's have been through the drive thru, so going in, seeing the kiosk was new to me upon eating in. I have gone to this location many times over the past 2 months and every time they take forever to handle a breakfast order. Today I used the app, order KL87, and placed my order at 9:19am. I drove up to the McDonalds in less that 10 minutes and gave my order to the speaker. They confirmed who I was and I went to the second window. It was reasonably busy for easter morning. At the second window they tried to charge me for someone elses food and then when I told them about my order I was told "Oh, we haven't even started on that yet". Consistently delicious every single time, and I’m talking each and every item that I order is always excellent! I ordered through an app, and my large delivery was packaged with such care and perfectly organized in a neat and logical way; each bag had its own designation ensuring all contents arrived in optimal condition—Everything looked straight out of a McDonald’s commercial and tasted phenomenal! I gave a rating of two because although the service and the atmosphere were just fine ultimately what matters is the quality of the food and it was not good. The fish sandwich was dried out. Normally, I would expect the fish fillet to be moist and flavorful and this one was dried out and chewy. Nobody wants a chewy fish patty. In addition, one of the two fish fillets didn’t have a slice of cheese on it.
