The whole experience up until the point of disaster was awesome the staff was very friendly and helpful I was able to order my food quickly and easily the line was long but went very fast I ordered 30 grilled nuggets and some fries I was a little disappointed that they crammed it all into one bag but I didn't want to hold up the line so I took it and left when I got home I went to grab the bag to pick it up and the bottom fell out and my food went all over my truck so now I have a seat full of chicken grease for whatever that is with the nuggets and fries all over the place that we didn't get

I arrived around 8:30 on a Monday morning. There were plenty of tables to choose from. The restaurant was clean and inviting. My food was brought to the table promptly. I ordered the chicken hash brown scramble bowl, which was absolutely delicious. The meal comes with hash browns on the side as well, and they were perfectly crispy. I was very pleased with my experience.

After not ordering for several months out of frustration, I decided to give them a second chance. Again, the chicken strips were too small, like one or two strips torn into four pieces to make a four strip meal. I don't experience this issue at other locations around pennsylvania and Maryland. Size is a consistent issue at the this York location.

Definitely, glad I don't eat out. When, I don't want something I totally understand you can't take food back. But to charge me again when I paid full price for nuggets. Instead of exchange and pay difference. Lord help these fast food chains. Will continue to cook at home.
