Accidentally ordered to this one instead of the one on 104th and had to back track to this one to pick up my food. That was my mistake 100%, however, I got there about 10-15 minutes after placing the order and the line was to the door. I understand places get busy, but, I took the time to order ahead because I was under the impression ordering ahead puts you "in line" before you arrive like anywhere else. When I got there I gave them my name and was told "we will get to it when we clear this line." I thought I misunderstood. Maybe she meant when they get through the people who already started

SHOUT OUT TO MARIA!!! I had an experience at Qdoba that really stood out, and it was entirely because of Maria. The store was extremely busy due to a 2 for 1 special, and the line was packed. On top of that, several customers were being rude and impatient, which made the situation for her even harder. Despite all of that, Maria remained calm, kind, and professional the entire time. She handled everything with so much grace and patience, which was honestly impressive to watch. Maria, if this reaches you, thank you. Your effort did not go unnoticed!
