I ordered the tri‑tip beef steak, half chicken with BBQ, and the cauliflower. The tri‑tip came with two sides — I went with peanut coleslaw and french fries. The steak was hella juicy and perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of smoky flavor from the grill. The peanut coleslaw was made from red cabbage. The peanut complemented the cabbage well. The half chicken was impressive too. It had that ideal charred finish, the kind that actually tastes delicious rather than burnt. Tasty BBQ! I had the Tri Tip with mashed potatoes and baked beans. I was not a fan of the baked beans, they were a little to sweet for my taste. However, the Tri Tip was absolutely delicious! Shout out to our server Jr for suggesting the Tri Tip😋 The mashed potatoes were amazing as well, I would definitely order it again.

There were a lot of people waiting inside & outside, and the hostess predicted a 20-30 minute wait, but we were seated in less than 10 minutes. Good start. Wood Ranch has great food & excellent service. I got BBQ chicken breasts, mashed sweet potatoes & fresh veggies. So good! Chicken was moist & tender, potatoes yummy & veggies were grilled & steamed to perfection. Garlic rolls are killer! Couldn't have been more satisfied.

Went here with my family. Only in LA for a bit. One of my friends told me that northridge isn’t really even in La so whatever. Well I got the Tri tip I think. The Mac and cheese alright. Not my most favorite because I like the more cheesy and burn/crispy Mac but it was more like mushy and very saucy/thick. The mashed potatoes were good. The Tri tip was good. Sauce was good. I liked it. The meat was cooked very well. Not like a well done steak, I had it done medium but just like very good. Great cook. Overall great experience, service was solid and atmosphere was great.
