I used to absolutely look forward to every meal I got here until the past maybe year now. My orders sometimes are usually missing ingredients that are listed for that food item. For example, Twice I've ordered The Coakley and there's no celery in it. I ordered a hot pastrami and gotten cold pastrami meat. Today I ordered a Chef salad and there was no egg in it. I've ordered salads and gotten no dressing. I wish people would double check the food and how it is prepared before handing it to a customer. The only reason I order here is it's close to work. The sandwiches are great on a seeded braided roll! Today I ordered them to go. Upon arrival at home I saw one sandwich was wrong. Lunchbox went above and beyond to correct this error by delivering a new sandwich! I was so grateful because I could not eat the other sandwich due to allergies. We love it here and will continue to give our business to this spot!

What happened to the steak and cheese sandwich? Used to be great. I got dog food this time. Barely any steak and the steak was nasty. Usually it’s much thicker. You should just say you’re out of it if you are going to serve an inferior product to a loyal customer. I was craving this too. I’ve gone from praising you to others, to cautioning against you. Bummer.
