Yesterday, I dined here solo after attending a two-day conference at the Four Points by Sheraton, and I was really looking forward to a relaxing evening to unwind and read my book. For the most part, the experience delivered. I started with a glass of Pinot Noir, which was fantastic, and the bread and butter were a great introduction to the meal. For my entrée, I ordered the 5-ounce filet, and it was perfectly cooked, incredibly tender, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. We came here for drinks and dinner recently and loved everything we had. We are also having our wedding at the Tiffany Ballroom and had our tasting at the Bistro and we’re so happy with how it went. Our waiter was amazing, super attentive and great with all of our questions. Another gentleman (possibly the manager) also came by to check in and was great with my in laws, speaking Spanish with them when he realized that was easier for them. This restaurant is attached to a hotel, but it has a unique enough menu that it doesn't just feel like plate served room service. The prices aren't bad for what you get either. I was staying at the hotel for a few weeks and I had a chance to try almost everything on the menu. The only things I didn't care for were personal preference, everything had been quality and well prepared. My only removal of a star was due to the World Cup, and how the restaurant handled their guests. I was seated at the bar because all of the tables were full.
