Overrated and very disappointed. For what you pay and what you get…Qdoba so much better dare I say it Taco Bell. We went 5/17 for a late lunch. I got the bowl with chicken and veggies and a kids meal. They were literally out of grilled veggies, barely any portion on the chicken (see pix). The sitting area was dirty no one cleaning tables and bathroom had a nasty odor. If this location is franchisee owned they’re cutting corners. Won’t be visiting again.

This place was very unsanitary. There was an insect and a piece of hair in my food. Maybe this is because they don’t wash the lettuce, but I will never be back. Watch out next time you get your food.

Date of visit: Monday, 10/20, between 7–8 PM (Pickup Order) This was my first time visiting this Chipotle location after moving to the neighborhood, and I was beyond disappointed — honestly, I left feeling frustrated and speechless 😡 The atmosphere inside the store was dirty, depressing, and downright unwelcoming. The staff looked like they absolutely did not want to be there. No one acknowledged customers properly, and they responded to questions with silence or apathy. This place is awesome. The staff goes above and beyond to take care of me every time I am here. The manager at this location is absolutely wonderful the nicest lady around. They load up your bowl / burrito and make sure everything is up to your standard. This is the best chipotle around. Best portion size and absolutely the best staff around.
