My husband and I had a great experience at Hotaru. Despite its smaller size, there was a steady flow of customers, which is always a good sign. We were seated quickly and our food arrived in a timely manner. We started with the fried gyoza, which I personally prefer pan-fried, but they were still pretty tasty. For entrees, I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen while my husband had the Shoyu Ramen. Both were excellent and came with a house salad with ginger dressing. Got the Tonkotsu spicy! Extra noodles (I shouldn't have, portions are huge) and an order of Gyoza. Everything was amazing! Service to match - lots of smiles, very attentive. Ok, I finished it all... don't judge me lol. Looking forward to my next visit.
