This review is not on the cafe itself because I have never been, but I went to the APPI’s lantern festival in Montclair. Urban leaf cafe had a stand with some food (an assortment of cake pops, onigiri, doughnuts, boba, etc). But they also had pokemon sugar cookie tins. As pokemon fans me and my partner were very excited because it was these types of tins that you get pokemon cards from. One of the people working at the stand (a man who I’m assuming is the owner or at least manager) said and I quote “there’s a booster pack and guaranteed super rare”. My go to spot for bubble tea, a quick bite, and a yummy dessert! My favorite is the soba noodles! I crave it at least twice a week. The bubble waffles are made fresh and is always delicious with the different toppings they offer! And they have a ton of bubble tea flavors to choose from. But my all time favorite is the white peach yogurt drink with lychee jelly. A must try! The staff is always really friendly and helpful. And the cafe and kitchen is always kept really clean. There is plenty of seating, which makes it a great place to spend time. I always bring friends here when they’re in town!

We’ve been going to Urban Leaf for almost five years. The drinks are always good- we usually get Thai Ice Tea and Lychee Green Tea as well as food. We love their bubble waffles and Spam Musubi. Staffs are super friendly and nice. We totally recommend!

I came by today after not visiting for about 3 years, and I’m so happy to say it’s still just as good as I remember! I ordered the strawberry sakura milk tea and spam musubi. Both were delicious and made fresh. The cafe was quiet, which made it a relaxing spot to enjoy my food. Also, the interior design is clean and aesthetically pleasing with lots of cute decorations.
