So fresh, my pork hocks came straight from the farm without preparation. Pay reviews or I guess people around here never had good pho. I tried the pho out when they first opened. The soup was plain, no flavor or depth in the soup broth. At that time there was 3 sizes.. appetizer, small & regular the prices didn't make sense at that time but whatever. 4 Stars for the Freshness of the food! It was great! We walked in and were able to sit where we wanted. None of the staff came over to explain the menu, specialties or other popular items. Thank goodness it was not my first time having Vietnamese cuisine so navigating the menu was easy. At times our server was missing and not refilling the cups of water. The staff seemed to be more concerned with turning on K-Pop music videos and watching the girls dance around on the TV. There was more attention to the TV instead of the tables. This place has the best beef Pho in Northern Virginia. The restaurant is clean, bright and inviting. The portion is generous and the flavor is delicious. I got the beef Pho and my husband got the pork bowl. The vegetables in the pork bowl were cold on the hot dish that was the only thing we didn’t care for. Great food and a great value! Lunch special has a Banh Mi/pho, rolls and a drink for under $20. The Pho and Viet grill are delicious, with generous portions too. I almost always have enough for two meals. The staff are kind and determined as well. Food always comes out quickly
