Had a great experience at CAVA! The food was fresh, flavorful, and made exactly how I wanted it. The ingredients tasted high quality, and there were plenty of healthy options to choose from. The staff was friendly, efficient, and kept the restaurant clean and welcoming. My pita was packed with flavor, and the portions were generous. If you order online it will more than likely not be ready when it tells you it's ready. They wait for the line to go down before they make your order. So if you order online and their website says it's ready and you go inside to get it, you just wait in line and watch people get their orders who just got there. So the online thing is kind of a waste of time. Food is ok, but not great. The staff was nice but that is all this place has going for it. Not recommended

l do love coming here! Employees are always so nice. However, the new hires need a bit more training. I asked for dressing on the side of my salad but charged me for a side. I was told, "you are charged for everything you asked for". Cava can do better.
