I ordered through DoorDash and my first order got stolen by the dasher. Sonic resubmitted the order and when my next dasher arrived with my order I was missing an ice cream. I called sonic to let them know and the manager was kind enough to have an employee bring it to me. Something that was supposed to be delivered at 10:07 didn’t even make it to me til 10:50 and the ice cream at 11:30. So it was disappointing I had to wait so long but honestly it wasn’t even their fault. And kudos to management for being so kind to me and offering to bring the ice cream. I hate to leave a negative review because I genuinely enjoy the food, but I’ve had repeated issues with payments at this location. On a previous visit, my card was charged twice and I never received a refund despite disputing it. Today, I paid with cash to avoid any problems, but I was given less change than I should have received. When I questioned it, the employee even acknowledged something seemed off but told me to “just take it” instead of correcting the amount. The food is fine if you can actually get what you order. They literally never get our order right. Today we were missing the milk from our child's meal and the bacon from my burger. Not a day ruiner but it's VERY frustrating when everything is so expensive and you're not getting what you paid for.

I'm actively in line, 15 minutes, 3 people have driven off out of frustration. This place will go under soon unless the owner wakes up and fixes the issues. It ended up being 5 cars that drove off. I appreciate the owners response, but I saw 5 or 6 people working in there so it wasn't a staffing issue.
