A chain with a cult following, and we love it. We drove out of the way to hit this location and was not disappointed. A little run down but great, friendly service and food just like we remembered it. Even the sweet tea is good. Highly recommend stopping by here if you need a bit of nostalgia.

The young lady working the cash register was really nice she accidentally didn't give me the right change back when I told her she went up to the manager and he looked at me and said don't you know there's a $4 charge just to walk in the building I said oh really. He really didn't have a smile on his face it was like he was hateful just looking at me sort of weird but yeah. I should have got $9.90 back I got $5.90 back. The manager really needs to learn how to treat his customers with respect...

The Long John Silver’s on East Silver Springs Blvd is okay if you are explicitly craving fried seafood, but it has some consistency issues. The fish and chicken planks had that perfect, signature crispy batter, and the hushpuppies were great. However, everything was incredibly greasy—even more so than usual—which made the meal feel heavy. The service at the counter was standard, but the overall experience was just incredibly average. A decent middle-of-the-road choice for a quick bite.

I am so impressed with the customer service here! The staff truly went above and beyond to give us a good experience. I haven't been to a Long John Silvers in years, and honestly the food brought back a lot of childhood memories. The building is a little rough around the edges, but don't let that stop you from going in. The portion sizes are fantastic and *again* the customer service was simply amazing. Make sure to ring the bell on your way out 💖
