Just had the most satisfying meal here after a long day. The staff was patient and they were generous with the portions without me even asking. Several places in Tampa have been cutting down portions. My burrito bowl was made perfectly and fresh with plenty of lettuce, as you can see from the picture. The place was clean despite it being busy, which really impressed me. **I included a couple extra pictures of where the place is located... As Google Maps was directing me completely the wrong direction, once I neared the entrance.**

Extremely Disappointed – Found Hair in My Food & Poor Hygiene Standards. I went to the Chipotle in Ocoee with my family of four, expecting a normal meal, but what we got instead was absolutely disgusting. We found a long hair in the food, and when I looked around, I noticed that most of the staff weren’t even wearing proper hair coverings. I had a disappointing experience at this Chipotle and unfortunately will not be returning. When we walked in, I noticed an employee working there whom I had previously had a negative experience with—a shorter gentleman who wears glasses. I decided to give the restaurant another chance anyway. I ordered a chicken bowl, and the employee serving me was extremely friendly. She was generous with every ingredient and gave me what appeared to be a larger-than-usual portion of chicken. I visited this restaurant intending to place a takeout order, but my experience raised significant concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. Upon entering, I noticed multiple puddles of water throughout the dining area. When I went to use the restroom, I had to carefully navigate around standing water to avoid getting my shoes wet. Inside the restroom, I observed several dead roaches on the floor.
