I placed my order this Morning 12/6/2025 through the drive thru window for a breakfast sandwich and a coffee. When thy handed me the cup, it felt very light but there was a long car line. After I drove off and I stirred my coffee to get rid of the foam, getting ready to drink to it, I could not believe how empty it was! If that was not bad enough my food was warm at the top cold on the bottom! It was a breakfast sandwich that’s supposed to be hot! Without a doubt, this is one of the slowest Starbucks locations I’ve ever been to. The drive thru line is constantly wrapped around the building, and unfortunately ordering ahead through the app doesn’t seem to help much. In some cases, it actually takes longer. To be fair, the staff is always friendly and polite, so this isn’t directed at them. The issue feels much bigger than individual employees and points more toward management and leadership.
