Ordered egg foo young, egg rolls, and a few other dishes through DoorDash. I was absolutely disgusted to find a roach inside my egg roll. I normally eat egg rolls by hand, but this time I happened to be using a fork. When I cut into the egg roll to take a bite, I saw the roach inside. Had I not used a fork, I might not have noticed at all. This is completely unacceptable and a serious health concern. The thought of how easily this could have been missed is disturbing. I will never order from this restaurant again.

Not sure what other bad reviews are about. My service was excellent, so attentive and friendly. Food was delicious, ambiance comforting. Food came out fast. Loved that they provided sherbert at the end. Definitely would come again!

Started off well. We were enjoying the szechuan chicken, and then in my dish, I noticed a bug, thoroughly cooked. Tried calling, but nobody wanted to answer the phone.

The food at the Hunan L’Rose is pretty good, and the prices are great compared to what I normally see. Unfortunately the dining room hasn’t been updated since the 80s, and the staff is unfriendly. If you want good food at a better price it is the place for you, but don’t expect it to be delivered with a smile.
